Refund Policy — Digital Services
Reqorb provides digital professional services, not physical goods. Once production or campaign execution begins, fees for that phase are non-refundable.
Core rule
Reqorb’s work commits strategy, specialist time, access and production capacity from the moment an approved phase begins. Once a client approves a scope and production or campaign execution begins—including content systems, publishing, SEO implementation, platform work or creative production—fees for that phase are non-refundable.
Discovery and briefings
Discovery or briefing fees, if charged, are non-refundable once the call has taken place or the written audit, assessment or briefing output has been delivered.
Retainers
Current and completed retainer months are non-refundable. Unused future retainer months may be discussed only where Reqorb has not allocated team time, reserved production capacity or incurred costs. Any credit or return is discretionary and never guaranteed.
Client cancellation
If a client cancels after work starts, completed and in-progress work remains payable in full. Third-party costs, reserved capacity and approved production commitments already incurred are also non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks initiated after work has started will be contested using the signed statement of work, approval records, delivery records and this policy. Clients should contact Reqorb first so any billing concern can be reviewed directly.
Cancellation by Reqorb
If Reqorb cancels an engagement before any work starts, prepaid unused fees will be returned. If Reqorb ends an engagement after work begins, prepaid fees attributable to work not commenced will be assessed and returned where appropriate, less completed work and non-recoverable costs.
Rights under Hong Kong law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes a right or remedy that cannot be limited or excluded under Hong Kong law. Questions or written review requests may be sent to contact@reqorb.com.
