Acceptance and engagement

By signing a proposal, statement of work or other written engagement with Reqorb, the client agrees to these Terms. A person engaging Reqorb for an organisation confirms authority to bind that organisation. Each signed scope defines the deliverables, timetable, fees and payment schedule and applies alongside these Terms.

Professional services

Reqorb provides strategy, content systems, organic growth, SEO, search positioning, creative direction and campaign operations. Quotes, scopes and commercial discussions are confidential. No result is guaranteed: platforms, audiences, search systems and third-party decisions remain outside Reqorb’s control.

Client responsibilities

The client must provide lawful platform access, accurate information, brand assets and timely approvals. The client remains responsible for final brand approvals, claims, permissions and the lawful use of supplied content. Delayed access or approval may move delivery dates and create additional cost.

Organic-only standard

Reqorb may refuse, pause or terminate work requiring fake engagement, purchased traffic, botnets, deceptive automation, unlawful content or disclosure of another client. We do not use engagement farms, bots, bought followers or systems intended to impersonate genuine audience behaviour.

Confidentiality

Briefings, account information, work and results are treated as confidential by default. Reqorb does not publish client names or work without written permission. If a signed non-disclosure agreement conflicts with this website, the NDA prevails for the matters it covers.

Intellectual property

Client-owned brand assets remain the client’s property. Reqorb’s pre-existing methods, systems, templates, know-how and tools remain Reqorb’s property. Rights to final client-specific deliverables are licensed or assigned only as specified in the statement of work and after full payment.

Fees, cancellation and refunds

Invoices are payable by the stated due date. Reqorb may pause work on overdue accounts. Cancellation and refund treatment is governed by the signed scope and the Refund Policy. Fees for commenced or delivered phases remain payable.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reqorb is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, loss of profit, business opportunity, data or reputation arising from an engagement. Reqorb’s aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to that claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement provides another dispute process.
