Ephemeral channels, handled as private rooms.

For private brands and invitation-only events that need a presence built around discretion — public where it should be, closed where it must be.

REQORB / EPHEMERAL & CLOSED CIRCLES

What an ephemeral and closed-circle engagement covers.

A presence designed around the private grammar of disappearing media, confirmed in a private statement of work.

  • Presence audit: public surfaces, ephemeral behaviour and audience composition
  • Ephemeral format architecture suited to each platform's private grammar
  • Public profile treatment where discoverability is appropriate
  • Closed-circle content planning for invitation-only audiences
  • Capture standards for events: what may be filmed, by whom, and when
  • Response and direct-message operations with defined boundaries
  • Monthly review against completion, replies and circle quality
01

Respect each platform's grammar.

Some channels are private media that happen to have public surfaces. We begin by defining which parts of the brand belong in public view, and which belong inside closed circles.

The boundary between public and private is agreed in writing before production.

02

Design for the ephemeral.

Formats are built for disappearance: immediate, low-polish where appropriate, and structured so a viewer understands the frame within a second. Permanence is reserved for the surfaces that earn it.

Ephemeral does not mean careless. Capture standards are as strict as any other channel.

03

Operate closed circles with discipline.

For invitation-only audiences, membership, access and content rules are documented. Who is inside the circle, what they may see and how content is captured at private events is controlled end to end.

Nothing from a closed circle is repurposed for public surfaces.

04

Capture events without exposure.

Where ephemeral channels cover a private event, capture plans define permitted spaces, subjects and timings. Material that could identify guests who have not consented is excluded by rule, not by judgement call.

Event capture integrates with the closed-circle digital practice.

05

Review the signals that matter.

Completion rates, replies and circle behaviour are reviewed monthly. Audience quality is weighted above audience count.

Reporting remains private and is never used in Reqorb's own marketing.

A quiet operating rhythm.

Weekly

Ephemeral programming and community operations.

Monthly

Completion, reply and circle-quality review.

Per event

Capture plan, access list and closure protocol.

Practices we decline, without exception.

  • Purchased subscribers, views or engagement
  • Automation tools that violate any platform's terms
  • Publishing guest imagery without documented consent
  • Treating a private circle as a promotional asset
  • Cross-posting ephemeral material to permanent surfaces without approval

Operating standard

Discretion is the format.

In private channels, trust is the product. Reqorb builds the boundaries, capture standards and circle discipline that let a private brand be present without ever being exposed.
