01

Define the exposure boundary.

Audience, channels, access levels and prohibited disclosures are agreed before creative work begins. Every collaborator receives only the information required for their role.

The signed NDA governs where it is more specific than public website language.

02

Work backwards from the fixed date.

Production, review, contingency and publishing windows are planned against the event date. Dependencies and cut-off times are visible so delayed approvals have understood consequences.

Once an approved production phase begins, the fees for that phase are non-refundable.

03

Control approvals and publication.

Named approvers, channel permissions, release states and escalation paths are recorded. Live operations use a single source of truth for what may publish, when and to whom.

Campaign execution can include closed lists, controlled social activity and private digital touchpoints.

04

Close the circle.

After the event, access is revoked, assets are reconciled, publishing permissions are reviewed and sensitive working files are archived or returned according to the agreed scope.

Post-event reporting remains private and excludes identifiable attendee material unless expressly authorised.

Operating standard

Confidentiality is operational.

Need-to-know access, named approvers, documented release states and deliberate closure are built into the work. Privacy is not a line added after production.
